The written quote
Compare the bill you would actually pay.
Ask for a total covering the same period from each care option. Put opening offers in a separate column from the charges that follow.

Use an actual written quote
As of September 28, 2026, no sermorelin product currently sold in the US has FDA approval. The Food and Drug Administration is abbreviated FDA and oversees US drugs. Sermorelin therefore has neither a drug maker's list price nor a government price.
Prices for sermorelin care are set by the pharmacy or care service, rather than an approved product's maker, as of September 2026.

Ask for each part of the bill
Medicine
Ask what is included
The exact product and the period the quote covers.
Ask what could be separate
Shipping, supplies and any charge tied to a refill.
Assessment
Ask what is included
The first visit and review of your history.
Ask what could be separate
Later visits, messages or a recurring membership.
Tests
Ask what is included
Which tests, if any, the quoted plan covers.
Ask what could be separate
The test itself, collection of the sample and review of the result.
End of care
Ask what is included
How to cancel and when payments stop.
Ask what could be separate
Minimum commitments, unused supplies and refund terms.
Ask the service to mark what is included and what would be billed on its own.
Compare the same period and the same included items
Copy the quote into your notes. Mark any item the service has not answered. Ask for the normal total after the opening offer, with the same items included.
Ask whether a payment pays for an assessment, for medicine, or for both. Ask what happens to the charge if the assessment leads to a different recommendation.
If the total is hard to manage, say so during the conversation. Ask which other care routes can be compared with the proposed plan.
A question to keep
Please give me the full written cost, including what changes after any opening offer.
